We do not use typical off-the-shelf products. Our commercial-grade, water-based modified acrylic urethane — the Hybrid Cross-Link Cured System — is formulated and calibrated for each surface individually. Material type, porosity, environmental exposure, and use conditions all determine how it is engineered and applied.
Travertine
The most common surface in Palm Beach luxury homes. Non-slip engineering for travertine pool decks, patios, and walkways. Each pore structure is evaluated individually before treatment.
Limestone
Slip prevention for limestone pool surrounds, driveways, and entry paths. Engineered to perform in South Florida humidity and salt-air environments.
Natural Stone
All natural stone varieties — slate, granite, sandstone, coral stone — engineered for traction without coatings. Each stone type receives a custom treatment profile.
Marble

Material Analysis

Hybrid Cross-Link Catalyst System
Every surface gets a treatment engineered specifically for it. Our water-based modified acrylic urethane — the Hybrid Cross-Link Cured System — is formulated for each substrate. Stone type, porosity, surface condition, and environment all determine the chemistry. On highly porous substrates like travertine or limestone, the system is viscosity-adjusted to penetrate deep into the pore structure, bonding from within rather than sitting on top. Where durability is the priority, a second engineered phase is applied — a higher-solids cross-linking coat with broadcast aggregate that cures into the surface itself. The result is a wear-resistant, traction-engineered finish that is part of the stone — not a coating over it.
